Due to the instant-access nature of digital products:

✅ No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted after delivery or download

  1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Because many items are custom-made or produced on demand:

  1. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Faith Hub is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
